R & D Design Engineers Xikou, Fenghua, Ningbo

Collect data on new products and technologies through various channels;
According to the company's overall planning, market or production needs, select new products with higher feasibility as development targets and propose development projects;
Perform experiments on the difficulties in the new product process, determine and continuously modify specific experimental methods, propose solutions for manufacturing auxiliary tools and tooling, fixtures, and lists of equipment and instruments, determine the raw materials required for the project, and identify the suppliers.
