Flange solenoid valve is a pilot-operated double-opening solenoid valve composed of auxiliary valve and main valve. It is the opening and closing of the auxiliary valve to control the opening and closing of the main valve. According to the different switch states when the power is off, it can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve. Normally closed solenoid valve, when the power is off, the auxiliary valve port is closed, and the main valve is open circuit. When the electrical signal enters the pilot valve coil, the movable iron core is sucked up by the electromagnetic force to open the auxiliary valve port, and the main valve valve cup is inside. The pressure disappears quickly, the medium pressure will hold the main valve valve cup, open the main valve port, and the working medium can flow through. However, when the electrical signal disappears, the movable iron core resets, closes the auxiliary valve port, and the working medium enters the valve cup from the balance hole. Move, seal the main valve port tightly, and the valve is closed again.
The normally open solenoid valve is acted by a spring when the power is off, the auxiliary valve port is opened, and the main valve flows. When the electrical signal enters the auxiliary valve coil, the movable iron core is sucked down by the electromagnetic action, the auxiliary valve port is closed, and the working medium of the medium temperature solenoid valve enters the valve cup through the balance hole. The self-weight and medium pressure make the valve cup move down, seal the main valve port tightly, and the valve is in a closed state. When the main valve is powered off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the auxiliary valve opens, the pressure in the main valve cup disappears rapidly, and the medium pressure pushes the main valve cup up, opens the main valve port, the medium flows, and the valve is in an open state.
