How to test the performance of the solenoid valve?
1. Opening voltage test: Connect the clean air with rated pressure to the air inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve, input 85% of the rated voltage and a 0.03s wide signal to the electromagnetic valve, and check whether the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened normally.
2. Closing air pressure test: Connect the clean air with 0.1Mpa air source pressure at the air inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve, input the electric signal of the closing valve, and check whether the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed reliably.
3. Withstand pressure test: Connect the clean air to the air source pressure of 0.8mpa at the air inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve for 60 minutes to check the leakage of the electromagnetic pulse valve seal.
4. Insulation resistance test:
(1) Under the specified environmental conditions, use a 500-volt megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the casing, the measurement range is 0-500 meters, and the accuracy is first-class.
(2) Put the valve in the temperature and humidity adjustment box, set the temperature to 35 degrees, and set the relative humidity to 85%. Check for breakdown by applying a sinusoidal voltage of 50 Hz and 250 VAC between the solenoid and the valve body for 1 minute.
5. Anti-vibration test Fix the valve on the vibration test bench, bear the vibration frequency of 20Hz, the full width is 2mm, and last for 30 minutes. After vibration, check whether the fasteners of each part of the valve are loose and work normally.
6. Diaphragm Life Test Connect clean air to the nominal pressure of the electromagnetic pulse valve inlet. Input a nominal voltage with a width of 0.1s and an interval of 3s into the solenoid valve, and record the continuous or cumulative working time of the solenoid valve.
