The solenoid valve only displaces a commensurate amount of fluid. The pulse valve has a stored release process. For example, solenoid valves and pulse valves are ventilated. The solenoid valve is opened securely by the gas. The pulse valve is the pop of the blasting belt. Solenoid valves only displace a lot of liquid; pulse valves have a storage release process.

Electromagnetic valve (Electromagnetic valve) is an industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetic control. It is an active basic component for fluid control. It is an actuator and is not limited to hydraulic or pneumatic. Used in industrial control systems to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of the medium. Solenoid valves can be used in conjunction with different circuits to achieve the desired control while ensuring control accuracy and flexibility. There are many types of solenoid valves. Different solenoid valves play different roles in the control system. The most common are check valves, safety valves, target control valves, speed control valves, etc.

Pulse valve refers to the control of pilot valve, such as solenoid valve or pneumatic valve. It can open and close the isolation valve of the high-pressure gas source, and generate a pulse in an instant. Through the smooth passage of air resistance and the advance of air volume, the input long signal becomes the valve type of the pulse signal.
Pulse valve requirements:
Working pressure: Z valve: 0.4~0.6Mpa
Y valve: 0.2~0.6Mpa ZM valve: 0.4~0.6Mpa.
Ambient source medium: temperature <55°C, degreasing, water treatment, filtration accuracy <5μm, pressure-adjustable clean gas.
Utilization:
1. Temperature: -25°C~55°C 55°C~180°C.
2. The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 85%.
3. The protection grade conforms to IP64.
Isolation life: 1 million times.
Pulse valve life: five years under standard installation, accurate use and reasonable maintenance.
